1. Service Description

Black Taxi provides premium airport transfer services in Switzerland. By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are fixed and include all taxes and fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking total. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

4. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands (for arrivals) or 15 minutes for other locations. Additional waiting time may be charged.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate booking information, be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time, and treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

6. Liability

Black Taxi maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the booking amount. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
